Pure Nutrition Consulting is a team of private practice Registered Dietitians serving Greater Victoria. We are a team of dedicated individuals with an interest in empowering people to make healthy choices. We strive to help people achieve their personal wellness goals by offering sound nutrition advice for everyday life.

Serving Greater Victoria Heather grew up in Victoria and is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Science. Heather has worked as a dietitian for nearly ten years in both clinical dietetics and private practice. Her areas of interest are sports nutrition, vegetarian and general healthy eating, digestive health and weight loss. She is a Certified Craving Change™ Facilitator and has completed the Gutting Edge course to further her digestive health, FODMAP diet and IBS management strategies. Heather has always been very active and played numerous competitive sports including basketball, baseball and soccer.
